    If you joined on a free trial - it wasn’t with us—we’ve never offered free trials Our trial is $4.95 USD for 2 days (48 hours), and that charge will appear on your statement as “The Phoenix Group”

    When you signed up, you checked the box confirming that you're 18 or older and agreed to our Terms & Conditions—which include our rebilling policy.. Right next to that checkbox (you can see it below), we let you know: “Trials will rebill at our monthly rate if not cancelled within the trial term.”. Image That means all 48-hour trials (2 days) automatically convert into monthly memberships unless they’re canceled before the trial ends. We also include this info in several places to keep things transparent:

    • - On the options page
    • - On the join page (within each subscription box)
    • - In our full Terms & Conditions
    • - And twice in your confirmation email
    All memberships continue to rebill for the same time period unless canceled. If you need help, our support team is always here for you—just give us a call!

    You can cancel anytime through our online portal—step-by-step directions are included in your email confirmation. You’re also welcome to email us or call our 24/7 live customer support line if you need help. All of our contact details are available in multiple places: your confirmation emails, the website you joined, the Terms & Conditions, and even your credit card statement. You’ll also find a Customer Service tab in every member area for quick access. If you ever need help, our team is just a click or call away. We’re always happy to assist!

    No worries—we’re here to help! If you’ve forgotten your login, just use the automated link on the login pop-up—it’ll send your credentials right to your inbox (check your SPAM). You can also drop us an email or give us a call. In the meantime, here are a few quick tips to get you started:

    • Check capitalization. Our login system is case sensitive, and some devices love to auto-capitalize when you least expect it.
    • Type it in manually (at least once). Avoid cutting and pasting your username and password the first time—you might accidentally include an extra space. Once it works, go ahead and save it in your browser.
    • Clear your cache. Some browsers hang onto old error messages. A quick fix? Restart your computer, phone, or device to clear things out.
    • Try a different browser. Especially if you’re using Firefox—sometimes a switch makes all the difference.
